The “to read” stack of books and comics keeps getting bigger as I slowly make it through one piece of literature at a time. My current read is the novelization of Dragonslayer, one of my favorite films ever, released in 1981. Up next in the que is Star Wars: Join the Resistance, a young reader novel.
So many big movies have hit theaters and so many more to come later this year! Sadly, I haven’t had the chance to see anything yet! When it comes to Black Panther… for some odd reason I didn’t mind missing that one, I’ll see that on bluray. I absolutely loved the Tomb Raider reboot games, heard the film wasn’t that great. Pacific Rim, the first one was fun, a little tacky, and not that great… so I’ll see the sequel on bluray. There are two films though, that I will most definitely be seeing, Avengers: Infinity War and Solo: A Star Wars Story. Still waiting on that novelization news for Solo.
In other news, a few years ago I was in the process of writing a book but the writing was put on hiatus. I have pulled up the notes and
draft of the first 6 chapters. I plan on picking up where I left off. All I will say now is that it’s a fantasy. I have another story that would make for a great comic series but I’m not a comic artist and sadly can’t afford to hire one. If you’re an artist and want to do some art for it… email me! We could work together and try to get something published.
